What is Support Pin?

Support Pin is an Ownership Verification or Security pin. Support Pin should be any 6 Digits Numeric characters only. You need to create Support Pin yourself that you will remember for safety.

Why is Support Pin required while register?
Support Pin required due to Security reason. When you forgot your IMEI Source password and you are unable to reset your Service4Mobile password yourself through Request a Password Reset you can ask your password reset by Contact Us and our team may ask you Support Pin to reset the password. By the same way, you can request for changing your Email or Reset Security Question.

I have setup Support PIN but IMEI Source team says Invalid Support PIN, why?
There is Two reason to detect Invalid Support PIN.
- You have set up very common numeric characters i.e 000000, 111111, 123456 etc or you have used support pin similar to your phone number.
- Your support pin field is empty or less than 6 digits.
