You can change your Service4Mobile registered email by requesting us.
If your account status is active, you need to submit a ticket to Change Email department after login at Service4Mobile [Mandatory].

You will receive an email titled "New Account Registration at Service4Mobile". Once you received the 1st registered email, you need to reply the email from your Service4Mobile registered email to complete the registration (Required).

What is Support Pin?- If your account registered email is invalid or inactive email. (Make sure your Service4Mobile registered email working mail incoming as well)
- If you failed to attempt to log in 5 times to your account, it will automatically be blocked your account. You need to contact us for unblock your account in case of this reason.
- If our system detected multiple accounts with a single person.

Support Pin is an Ownership Verification or Security pin. Support Pin should be any 6 Digits Numeric characters only. You need to create Support Pin yourself that you will remember for safety.
Why is Support Pin required while register?Support Pin required due to Security reason. When you forgot your IMEI Source password and you are unable to reset your Service4Mobile password yourself through

I have setup Support PIN but IMEI Source team says Invalid Support PIN, why?There is Two reason to detect Invalid Support PIN.
- You have set up very common numeric characters i.e 000000, 111111, 123456 etc or you have used support pin similar to your phone number.
- Your support pin field is empty or less than 6 digits.

What is Support Pin?
Yes, there are some other reasons to inactive your account. We will explain the reason below.
Occasionally, we are reviewing our customer account activities, including customer activities.
For example:
If the customers are inactive for more than 6 months with WhatsApp [Priority].
If the customers are inactive for more than 6 months with Skype.
If customers registered email failed to receive from the Service4Mobile system emails and we are following attention below.
If your mail reach is over quota.
If your host blocks incoming email.
If your mail account is no longer available or permanently closed or disabled.
If our mail server detected randomly deferred by your email address.
If your mail server returns auto respond randomly.
Above reasons may your account inactive temporarily.
